NY Empire FC has made a major statement ahead of the 2025 season, announcing the signings of six talented players: Steven Rojas, Sebastian Monroy, Mason Chetti, Matthew Cozetti, Daniel Moya, and Stephen Hollis. These additions bring a wealth of experience from professional and collegiate levels, further strengthening an already competitive squad.
Meet the New Signings:
Steven Rojas

Rojas joins NY Empire FC with professional experience in Portugal, where he played for Neves FC. A technically gifted midfielder, Rojas is known for his composure on the ball, vision, and ability to control the pace of a game. His European experience will be a valuable asset in the midfield.
Sebastian Monroy

Monroy is a standout midfielder at Farmingdale State College, where he was a key playmaker. With exceptional passing ability and a strong work ethic, he has the versatility to play both a creative and box-to-box role, making him a crucial addition to NY Empire FC’s midfield unit.
Mason Chetti

Chetti is a dynamic and explosive striker known for his blistering speed and natural goal-scoring ability. His pace makes him a nightmare for defenders, and his finishing ability has been on display at both Manhattan University and Manhattanville. He will be a major attacking threat for NY Empire FC in 2025.
Matthew Cozetti

Cozetti brings NCAA Division I experience from Binghamton and LIU. A strong and versatile forward, he has a keen eye for goal and the ability to create chances in the final third. His physical presence and technical ability will add another dimension to the Empire attack.
Daniel Moya

Moya arrives from Temple University, where he gained experience at the NCAA Division I level. A well-rounded midfielder, he is known for his defensive tenacity, distribution, and ability to drive forward in attack. His versatility will provide NY Empire FC with depth and stability in the middle of the pitch.
Stephen Hollis

Hollis, an outside back from Bloomsburg University, is known for his defensive reliability, speed, and ability to contribute offensively from wide areas. His ability to join the attack while maintaining strong defensive positioning makes him an exciting addition to the squad.
